Civic inquiry guidelines

Written inquiries receive a reply within five (5) working days.
Verification bodies should select “Verification Inquiry” and state which documents are required.
Volunteers should indicate the programme, preferred dates and whether they are applying as an individual, family or school group.
Please do not send sensitive personal data, financial details or identity documents by email.
