The assembly of members is the highest body; the elected executive board manages day-to-day operations and represents the association legally.
Annual activity and financial reports are prepared for the assembly and submitted to the State Revenue Service in line with Latvian legislation.
Board members and advisors declare any personal interest in a project and abstain from the corresponding decision.
Voluntary contributions and grant funding are allocated exclusively to programme delivery, materials, safety equipment and educational resources.
Activities involving minors are held with the consent and presence of teachers or guardians, with clear safety briefings before fieldwork.
